Hastelloy C2000 Plates are custom engineered using special nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with copped, which has a broad chemical and reducing/oxidizing resistance. The plates perform especially well in very corrosive environments such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and Hydrofluoric acid. Copper increases their sulfuric acid resistance and the chromium and molybdenum gives excellent pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking protection.
